00 The invention relates to hydrometallurgy of non-ferrous metals, in particular to the deposition of non-ferrous metals, such as arsenic, zinc, copper, from acidic solutions. There is a method of precipitation of non-ferrous metal sulphides from oxygen solutions of sulphide-containing pea-. iron sulphide with the addition of barium sulphate. Deposition is carried out at a molar ratio of iron: barium lt3Cl1. However, this method does not allow to obtain high-grade concentrates, since they are dilutable with barium sulphate, since per 1 g-atom of sulphide sulfur (32 g is introduced 1-3 mol of Ba 5O (i.e. 233.4-700.2 G; Ba SO4). The closest to the proposed by the technical essence and the achieved result is the method of precipitating nonferrous metals, for example, copper, copper and zinc, from acidic solutions by treating sulphides with 1covalent metals 2. Calcium and barium sulfates formed directly in the precipitation reaction non ferrous metals do not participate. They are able to Co-precipitation of non-ferrous metal sulphides as a result of colloid coagulation is a disadvantage. The disadvantages of this method are the low metal content in the sediment due to dilution of calcium and barium sulphates (for example, the content of arsenic in the sediment -4-14%), and such precipitation is not economically feasible; high consumption of sulfide-containing reagent for the almost complete deposition of metal, such as arsenic (5-10 g per 1 g of arsenic or, in terms of sulfide sulfur, 2.05–4.1 g per 1, g of arsenic) . A significant part of the sulfuric sulfur introduced into the solution is easily oxidized by oxygen to elemental sulfur + HjS + ifi 0, p18 hz + 2 HjO. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the consumption of sulfide-containing reagent and increase the degree of precipitation. This goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of deposition of non-ferrous metals, for example, iron, copper and zinc, from acidic solutions by treatment with alkali metal sulphides, the treatment is carried out in the presence of a thiosulfate ion with its content of 0.5-2.0 g / l. In order to reduce the cost of the process, sodium sulfohydrate is used as the alkali metal sulfide. The method is carried out as follows. The deposition of non-ferrous metals is carried out in a reactor equipped with a device for mixing the solution. Reagents are injected into the treated solution through a tube, immersed deep into the solution, for 10–20 minutes until complete precipitation of the metal. The residual metal content in the solution is determined by known methods. Example. In 10 liters of a synthetic solution imitating a solution that is formed during the cleaning of mice with x-containing gases, composition, g / l: mouse to 1.6 iron 0.1; sulfuric acid 12.8; sodium sulfate 120 (in terms of g / l) - 11.3 g of sodium thiosulfate MajSjO-FOCT 244-76 (in terms of HS2OjO, 5 g / l) and 94 ml are added. sodium hydrosulfide solution NaHS (sodium sulfite OST 6-08-8-79) with a sulfide sulfur content of 137 g / l. The residual content of the mouse in water is 0.04 mg / l with a sulfide sulfur consumption of 0.8 g per 1 g of the precipitated mouse. The mouse content in the sediment is 49.2%. The table shows data on the precipitation of a mouse from sewage of similar composition with a solution of sodium hydrosulfide in the presence of various amounts of thiosulfate ion.
