Description
The invention relates to devices for the transportation and unloading of materials, more precisely to co-teineers. A self-discharging container is known, comprising a housing with side walls and canting pins and guides mounted on them, a traverse for grasping with a load gripping element connected by means of an intermediate link with two pairs of tons, one of which is fastened to the cranking pins with its ends and the second is equipped with rollers installed with the possibility of interaction with the guides 1. The known self-unloading container is unreliable in operation. During operation, the fixing mechanism of the gg located on the side wall of the container, due to corrosion or contact with building materials, may be damaged. The purpose of the invention is to increase reliability. To achieve this goal, a self-unloading container, comprising a housing with side walls and mounted pivot pins and guides, a traverse with an intermediate link under the load gripping element and two pairs of tons, one of which is fixed to the pivot pins with its ends, and the second is equipped with rollers installed with the possibility of interaction with guides, is provided with a plate with a U-shaped groove in which the intermediate element is movably installed under the load gripping element; Enna rollers, rigidly fastened with a crosspiece, the rollers are mounted on the ends of these tg, and the guides are V-shaped and have a horizontal shelf on one of the sides. FIG. 1 schematically shows the proposed self-discharging container, general view; in fig. 2 view A in FIG. one; in fig. 3 shows a section BB in FIG. one; in fig. 4 is a section on BB in FIG. one; in fig. 5 is a section of YYD in FIG. 1. The self-unloading container comprises a housing 1 with side walls and mounted pivoting pins 2 on them, on which pivotally mounted the glands 3, the free ends of which are pivotally connected to the cargo axle 4. The ends of the g 5 are rigidly connected to the cargo axis 4, rigidly connected Zannu with plate 6, having a U-shaped groove, in which the movable intermediate member 7 under the load-lifting element. The free ends of the gg 5 are provided with rollers 8 interacting with V-shaped guides 9 having a horizontal shelf on one of the sides. On the side wall of the housing 1 there is a fixed stop 10 against which an adjusting screw 11 rests, limiting the rotation of the rod 3 and also serves to set the tension of the r 3 and 5 into a symmetrical polo. relative to the V-shaped guides and keeping them in this position. The screw 11 is fixed in position by the lock nut 12. Through the intermediate link 7, the container is visited on the load-bearing element 13. The self-unloading container operates as follows. After loading the container with a load, the gigs 3 and 5 are set to position I. The operator of the load-lifting crane with the load-lifting element 13 drives the intermediate link 7 into the right-hand part of the U-shaped groove of the plate 6, after which the container is lifted. At the same time, the roller 8 tons gi 5 begins to slide along the V-shaped guide 9 to the right, and the system of m r 3 and 5 takes position II. To unload the container, it is necessary to lower it, to transfer the intermediate link to the left part of the U-shaped groove of plate 6. When lifting the container, the rods 3 and 5 occupy position III, and it is unloaded. The proposed self-unloading container is reliable and convenient in operation.
