The invention relates to marikul ture, namely, to the users of preparing food for juvenile trepang, and can be used in breeding trepang under artificial conditions. There is a known method of preparing food for juvenile trepang, the essence of which is collected settled at the bottom of the vessel in which the larvae of the sea cucumber are cultivated, the dead microalgae and the latter are used as the Cl feed. However, the amount of such feed is extremely insufficient for the mass rearing of the young from the moment of its appearance to the viability Stage (weight 150-200 mg). In addition, this feed contains components of plant origin only. The closest to the proposed technical essence is the method of preparing food for juvenile trepang, the essence of which is that the feed components are harvested and introduced into aquariums with trepang larvae G The composition of this feed includes diluted organic matter, living heterotrophic bacteria and food yeast, which does not allow to obtain high quality feed, ensuring the normal growth and development of young sea cucumber, while the prepared feed has a short shelf life in its native state . The purpose of the invention is to increase the shelf life of feed and improve its quality. This goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of preparing food for juvenile trepang, which looks at the preparation of feed components, detritus of goiter and phytogenic origin is harvested as feed components, while detritus is frozen at a height of 8-10 mm for 15-20 to a temperature of (-27) - (-30), and then dried under a vacuum of 40-60 mm Hg for 8-9 hours with an increase in temperature from (-30) - (-22) С to +8 10С. The essence of the method of preparing food for juvenile sea cucumbers is that they collect detritus of zoogenic and phytogenic origin, while at this time the collection of detritus is carried out in September and October, since at this time it is of the highest quality in terms of nutrition. so that the height of its layer was 8-10 mm and frozen in trays with liquid nitrogen. The height of the layer of 8-10 mm is chosen based on the fact that with a higher height of the layer is violated - with the process of uniform freezing; In the upper layers of the block, ice crystallizes and microflora in these layers dies. With a layer height of more than 10 mm, for example, at 20 m, the subsequent drying time is increased by 3 times, with a layer height of less than 8 mm, the nutritional value and storage time of the obtained feed are satisfactory, but in this case the performance of the method decreases. The time of freezing of detritus with liquid nitrogen is 15-20 minutes at a temperature of (-27) (-30) C, since with longer freezing the prepared food is poorly and poorly settled to the bottom, and in less than 15 minutes, the metastable structure of the whole unit is not provided . The freezing temperature (-27) (-30) is selected on the basis of the fact that when the detritus block is frozen to a temperature higher than -27 ° C (e.g., -25 ° C), foaming of the surface layer of the block is observed, the material does not freeze to amorphous state. , which reduces the viability of microflora to 3.8% and affects the dissolution of feed in water. To freeze the detritus to a temperature lower than 5 (for example, to -35 C) is impractical, as the viable microbial cells are reduced to 52%. The death of microflora in this case is due to the decrystallization of ice from free water. After freezing, the obtained blocks are dried, for which they are placed in a sublimation chamber with a temperature of -30 to -22 ° C, turn on the vacuum, creating a vacuum of AO-60 mm Hg. Art. and dried for 8-9 hours, raising the temperature to 8-10 ° C. A deeper vacuum (70–80 mm Hg) results in debris particles spraying along the walls of the sublimation chamber, and at a vacuum below 40 mm Hg. (20-30 mm Hg). The duration of drying is increased to 12-14 hours.
.The initial drying temperature should be (-22) - (-30) C, since placing the frozen feed blocks in a sublimation chamber with a temperature above -22 ° C does not entail foaming of the material during drying and, as a result, poor swelling of the resulting feed. in water. .
At the end of drying, the temperature is raised to 8-10 ° C, since the rise in temperature leads to a decrease in the number of viable microbes, 1x cells in the finished feed to 49-53%, and a decrease in temperature below 8 ° C (0-5 ° C) lengthens the overall drying time, as a result of which production capacities are not profitable. The drying gradient in the first 5-5.5 hours is 6.3 to 6.9 degrees / h; in the last 3-3.5 hours, the drying is carried out at a stable temperature of 8-10 seconds.
