A dynamic vibrogask ™ tel is known, which contains a horizontal stop with a roller, mounted in the housing with the possibility of movement, spindle / installed between the support and the body, and mounted on the frame of the power cylinder, the rod of which is connected to the housing of the GL vibration damper. A disadvantage of the known devices is that when machining non-rigid parts it does not provide damping over the entire range of vibrations that occur, which degrades the roughness of the resulting surfaces. The purpose of the invention is to expand the technological capabilities of the device by increasing the dip zone of vibration suppression. The goal is achieved by the fact that a dynamic vibration damper containing a horizontal stop with a push-rod, mounted for movement in the housing, a spring installed between the housing and the stop, and the power cylinder mounted on the frame, the rod of which is connected to the housing, is equipped with carriages mounted with the possibility of moving the vibration vibration case from the injected water into the device and to the inertial mass associated with the cut through the elastic element with the carriages is installed fully with the possibility of p & p & on the support, which is made in the form of two parts, connected by mezzanine 5a; in a cylindrical hinge; FIG. 1 shows a dynamic vibration damper, a generic view; in FIG. 2 a section in FIG. 1. The dynamic vibration damper contains a roller 2 interacting with part i, mounted with the possibility of rotation on a horizontal stop 3. The stop 3 is made composite and is connected by a hinge 4 to a rod which is pressed by an elastic element located in the housing 6, the housing b of the vibration damper is rigidly angled to 7 corners mounted on a movable carriage 8, which in turn is rigidly connected to the rod 9 of the power cylinder 10. The power cylinder 10 is mounted on rails 11, which are rigidly connected by a bracket to the machine stand. On the casing 6, the carriage 12 is mounted on a rolling bearing with the possibility of movement relative to the casing 6, which, when displaced: s, vibrate the oscillating mass. Carriages 12 are rigidly attached to a plane-spring parallelogram 13, carrying a movable inertial mass 14, which is mounted on the anvil 3 with the possibility of reciprocating motion. The carriages 12 are rigidly connected (w with the rod 15 of the discrete position actuator 16 mounted on the carriage 8, the Dynamic Vibrator works as follows. In ISODCHNM4 position, roller 2 is brought into contact with part 1 in the middle of its length. Due to the supply of working fluid into the rodless cavity of the force cylinder 10, which causes movement of the rod 9, rigidly connected with the movable carriage 8 in the direction of part 1. The rod 5 in the housing 6 of the vibration damper is pressed by the elastic element. In turn, the rod 5 transfers the pressing force through the hinge 4 3 and the roller 2, which provides the loading of the part with force P with a corresponding cutting force at each cross section of the machining but opposite in direction. The force P reaches its maximum value when the cutter passes through the middle of the part, while compressing the element in the housing At the base of the body, balancing force P, amide and vibration intensity on the stop 3, a movable average weight 14 is set, which n; JSi gives control signals to the spools and gives the working body access to the working body in the cavity of the discrete drive 16. This moves the rod 15, and together with the NIN and the movable carriage 12 with the inertial bridge 14 on the spring-sided parallelogram 13 OTIO {Gelmo Sharikra 4 on the stop 3, the reduced mass of the torsion system, Dztal 1 is changed from Ups 3 and mass, 14. The law of variation of the torsion system cited in May – T1, 1, obtained analytically and experimentally, is realized by moving mass 14 through stop 3, I,. . The application of the invention of a dynamic vibration damper allows to increase the accuracy and quality of processing by reducing the intensity of vibrations when the blood circulation process is automated.
