После этого оставшуюс суставную поверхность головки плечевой кости устанавливают в правильном положении к суставной впадине лопатки . Фиксацию,временно осуществл ют трансартикул рно и через кожно проведенной спицей. Рану ушивают послоно . Оперированную верхнюю поверхность укладывают в положении отведени на отвод щей шине ЦИТО.
