Description
. Предлагаемый способ позвол ет без проведени сложных технологических операций по доизмельчению и классификации топлива получать высокие показатели процесса агломерации.co: o The invention relates to the preparation of raw phosphate mater 1al for the electrothermal production of yellow phosphorus. A known method of agglomerating phosphite fines is that dMecb consisting of 86% by weight. phosphate raw materials, 8 wt.% of phosphatized flints and 6 wt.% of coke, their content in the fraction is 0.5-0.0 mm in an amount of 18 wt.%, non-volatile in lerode. 5,3 wt.%: pelletized in for 3 minutes and is sintered at the temperature of the heat carrier gas and air filtration rate of 0.20, 35 m / s G13. The disadvantage of this method is the high consumption of solid fuel and low specific productivity of the sintering plant of 0.52 t / m. h The closest to the proposed technical essence and the achieved result is a method of agglomerating phosphorus-containing raw materials, consisting in mixing the raw material with solid fuel, and having a fraction with a particle size of 1-3 mm 25-40.0 weight. of the total consumption, moistening the mixture pelletizing, rolling 60.0-. 75.0 wt.% Of the total consumption of solid fuel with a particle size of 0.01, 0 MM on the granules during the min and sintering granules T2J. The disadvantage of this method is the low strength of the agglomerate. The purpose of the invention is to increase the strength of the agglomerate. The goal is achieved by the fact that according to the method of agglomeration of phosphorus-containing raw materials, including mixing, it with solid fuel, wetting the mixture, pelletizing, rolling fuel on the granules and sintering the granules, use solid fuel with a particle size of 0-3 mm with a fraction of 0 -1 mm 40-80% and after rolling the fuel, the granules additionally render for 0.5-1.0 minutes. P ROME Karatau phosphoric fines with a particle size of 0-10.0 mm are mixed with solid fuels. In this case, the mixture is prepared separately for each layer. The upper layer of the mixture consists of the following components, wt.%: Phosphorite fines. 5 6, return 30,5; coke breeze (0-3 mm) 5.5, water 8.0. The weight of the upper layer is 25% by weight of both layers. The bottom layer of the mixture consists of components, wt.%: Phosphorite fines 56,5; return of 30.95, coke breeze (3-0 mm) 4.55; water 8.0. Before mixing, the coke breeze (3-0 mm) is fed into the mixture in an amount, wt.%: For the upper layer 2.2, for the lower one 1.8. The mixture, after mixing, pelletized on a plate granulator with a diameter of 1000 mm for 4.5 minutes, while consistently observing the following operations: moistening | 1.5 minutes, strengthening of the pellets 0.75 minutes, rolling solid fuel (3-0 mm 1, 5 minutes; hardening of the granules (rolling) with a rolled fuel of 0.75 minutes; The pelletized mixture is loaded into layers in a 400 mm diameter bowl, which it waits and is sintered. The specific productivity of the installation; And 0.75 t / m h, the output of fines 0- 5 mm after testing the agglomerate in the drum 32.0%., 1 The results of the process of sintering and The well-known and proposed methods are presented in Table 1. The proposed method allows, without carrying out complex technological operations for regrinding and classifying fuel, to obtain high indicators of the sintering process.
