Its premix is introduced in an amount of up to 50 g / t, as an integral part of a number of enzymes that catalyze the biosynthesis of certain amino acids and proteins in the organism of animals. Therefore, an important point in controlling the quality of the finished product is the quantitative determination of folic acid, which requires a reliable, accurate and sensitive method. . A large number of methods for determining folic acid in biological materials and feeds of radioisotope l are known; gas-liquid and high-pressure liquid chromatography 2,. gel filtration. On its façade 3, microbiological 4J. The above methods for determining folic acid and its derivatives are laborious and time consuming. Most of them imply the use of equipment, instruments and materials produced abroad and unsafe for humans, difficult to operate, unacceptable in practical work at enterprises of the industry. A known method for chromatographic isolation and fluorometric determination of folic acid on activated alumina 5 columns. The known method for determining folic acid is inaccurate and differs with low sensitivity; reproducible results were not obtained in the laboratory conditions of the institute (data on vitamin B content are overestimated) due to imperfect reception of cleaning from interfering impurities. The purpose of this article is to increase it. . The goal is achieved by the method of determining folic acid in feed, including extraction of sodium hydroxide solution, centrifugation, purification of the obtained extract, treatment with potassium permanganate solution, fluorometer 1U, purification of the extract is carried out by precipitating with a mixture of gelatin and benzoic acid with a ratio ( g / l) 5: 1-7: 1. An example. A portion of the premix weighing 2 g is placed in a measuring box with a capacity of 100 ml; Approximately 50 ml of a 0.1 N sodium hydroxide solution is poured in and shaken on the mixing device. Allow 5 min. Then the volume is adjusted to the mark with 0.1 N sodium hydroxide solution, mixed and centrifuged at 700 rpm for 10 minutes. Take 50 ml of centrifugate in a 100 ml volumetric flask, pour about 20 ml of distilled water, 18 ml of 16% hydrochloric acid solution and 1 ml of precipitating solution (the latter is prepared as follows: 0.5 g of medical gelatin and 0.1 g benzoic acid is dissolved by heating in 60-70 ml of distilled water in a volumetric flask with a capacity of 100 MP and volume is adjusted to the mark with water), then the volume is brought to the mark in the flask with water, mixed and filtered through a filter paper with a blue stripe. In two glass glasses with a capacity of 50 ml, 20 ml of the filtrate are placed in each case and the pH is adjusted to 3.9-4.1. To the contents of one of the glasses, a 4% solution of potassium permanganate is added dropwise with stirring to a non-fading pink color and incubated for 10 minutes; the excess potassium permanganate is removed by adding a few drops of 3% hydrogen peroxide solution, the pH of the contents of the glass is adjusted to 3.9-4.1 with hydrochloric acid solutions and the volume of the solution to 25 ml of distilled water, pH 4.0. Distilled water at pH 4.0 to a volume of 25 ml is added to the filtrate in the second beaker. The contents of both glasses are filtered through a blue filter paper filter into fluorometric tubes. A standard solution of folic acid (oxidized and non-oxidized) with a concentration of 2.5 µg / ml in 0.1 N sodium hydroxide solution was prepared by the above method. The fluorescence intensity of the solutions (before and after the oxidation) is measured by a fa fluorometer with a FK-1 and FK-2 light filter. The content of folic acid (X, g / t) is calculated by the formula ... A C 100 100 -10. IlZZlIZZHZIIZZZC-Z-ZirzZZ 1 t-10 where. A is the difference in fluorometer indicators For the oxidized and non-oxidized forms of the test solution: f the difference in the readings of the fluorometer for the oxidized and non-oxidized forms of the standard folic acid solution; C is the content of folic acid in a 20 4 l standard solution, taken on nalie µg; W is the sample weight, g; V, is the centrifugal volume taken per analysis (50), ml; Vy- volume of filtrate (20), ml; 100 dilution volumes, ml; conversion factors mcg to .g (denominator) i v t (numerator). For the evaluation of the proposed and known methods, LISYs for determining the folic acid content in the premix were carried out. The data are given in the table (folic acid was added to the premix 50 g / t). the results of the table show; that the folic acid content in the premixes, which is determined by the proposed method, is 50.4 g / t, when analyzed in a known manner, it is 70.9 g / t with a large deviation of almost 42%, i.e. accuracy increases by 1.5 times. Therefore, the proposed method for determining folic acid is the most accurate and can be used for an objective assessment of carodulation in enterprises of the coffee industry. va acid, mg / g, according to the method known to be recommended ff, 0 7.2 5.0 70.9 ± 1.8 50.4tO, 6
