Результаты испытаний представлены в таблице.c o: c The invention relates to metallurgy, in particular to the production of metals and alloys with a low phosphorus content. Known slag stone eukhtsa mixture f, containing, by weight. %: CaO-FejOi, CaO-SiOj, CaOTiO, CaOAfjO., CaO-B Oz 3-30 Else The disadvantages of this mixture are the limited scope of use, due to the presence of lightweight oxides; a significant content of oxides that do not form strong compounds with phosphorus, which leads to a decrease in the de (ophoric ability of the mixture, the absence of alkaline earth metals in the mixture, which form durable phosphates and which are the most effective liquid phosphate depressors and alloys. and the achieved effect is a slag-forming mixture containing, in wt%: one or more calcium oxide, magnesium, aluminum, silicon, and one or more calcium carbide, silicocalcium, carbon The electrode and silicon, aluminum at a ratio of 1: 1 to 50si 2. In a known mixture, there is a large proportion of the oxide component, which reduces the dephosphorizing capacity of the mixture. The purpose of the invention is to increase the dephosphorizing capacity of the mixture. , calcium oxide and an alloy of silicon with alkaline earth metals, contains components in the following ratio, wt.%: Calcium carbide 35- & 5 Calcium oxide 15-25 Alloy of silicon with alkaline earth metals: 10-50 The ratio of calcium carbide and calcium oxide is 2.0-2.6. The lower limit of the content of calcium carbide and the upper limit of the content of the metal component in the mixture are limited to the limited carbon content in the alloy. The upper limit of the content of calcium carbide and the lower limit of the metal component are due to the sharp decrease in the dephosphorization capacity of the mixture. The lower limit of the CaCj / CaO ratio in the mixture is limited by an increase in the melting point of the mixture and a decrease in its dephosphorization capacity. The upper limit of this ratio is limited by a sharp increase in the melting point of the mixture and its unsuitability in the processing of low-melting alloys. In an electric furnace with a power of 15 kW in a neutral atmosphere at 1550s, liquid ferromanganese is treated with the mixture offered. The test results are presented in the table.

You are 4 and 5 with the use of mixtures whose ratios of components go outside the limits, experiment 6 is an analog mixture, experiments 7 and 5 8 are a prototype mixture. As can be seen from the table, the proposed mixture has a higher dephosphorizing capacity. It. This is due to the fact that the known mixtures of gU with some ratios of the components of the refractory, and with others with the addition of some 63 or oxide, they have a higher oxidation potential, which leads to the oxidation of calcium phosphides and refosporation. The advantages of the proposed mixture are a high dephosphorizing capacity, a sufficiently fusible, which allows its use in the processing of metals and alloys of various compositions with a wide range of melting points; economic safety of using the mixture under high temperature conditions.
