Description
0,01%.This invention relates to ferrous metallurgy, in particular to ferrous metals, used to alloy and deoxidize steel. A known alloy for alloying and deoxidizing steel has a composition, wt% Manganese Silicon, up to 0.25 Carbon, 0.07 l. Phosphorus The disadvantage of the known alloy is the increased phosphorus content, low carbon concentration and the absence of nitrogen, which requires additional alloying of steel with ferromanganese and nitrated manganese. , silicon and carbon, nitrogen and iron. A disadvantage of the known alloy is the low uptake of manganese and nitrogen by steel and its unsatisfactory mechanical properties. The purpose of the invention is to increase the assimilation of manganese and nitrogen by steel and increase its mechanical properties. This is achieved by supplying an alloy for doping and deoxidizing, containing manganese, silicon, carbon, nitrogen and iron, contains components in the following ratio, wt%; Manganese 14-22 Silicon 0,25-1,5 Carbon 0,01-0,5 Iron The Rest. The proposed ratio of components in the alloy increases the absorption of manganese and nitrogen in steel and improves the mechanical properties of steel. Example. From the mixture consisting of pig manganese slag composition, wt.%: Mp 43, SiOg 31, CaO 2.5, MgO 1.5, Abg Oz 2.5, P 0.015, quartzite, iron shavings, coke, and a continuous carbon process in an electric furnace, an alloy of the proposed composition is melted. The alloy is used in alloying and spraying tubular steel with a phosphorus content of less than 0.01%.
