Abstract
Изобретение относитс к металлургии цветных металлов и сплавов, содержащих в качестве основы медь, и предназначено дл их легировани и раскислени . Цель изобретени - повышение усвоени состава за счет снижени потерь бора и его удешевление. Состав дл введени бора в медные сплавы содержит графит и борсодержа- щий материал - буру при следующем соотношении компонентов, мас.%: графит 14-16, бура 84-86. Степень усвоени бора при использовании данного состава достигает 96%. 2 табл.The invention relates to the metallurgy of non-ferrous metals and alloys containing copper as a base, and is intended for their alloying and deoxidation. The purpose of the invention is to increase the absorption of the composition by reducing boron losses and cheapening it. The composition for the introduction of boron into copper alloys contains graphite and boron containing material - borax in the following ratio of components, wt%: graphite 14-16, borax 84-86. Содержание графита в количестве 14-16% и буры 84-86% обеспечивает протекание реакции восстановлени бора и буры в медном расплаве, насыщение бором медного расплава и создание инертной атмосферы (СО) в открытой плавильной печи.The content of graphite in the amount of 14-16% and borax 84-86% ensures that the reduction of boron and borax in the copper melt proceeds, the copper melt is saturated with boron, and an inert atmosphere (CO) is created in an open melting furnace.
