Description

ST. P1 85637 describes a process for the treatment with lime milk of pyrite butts intended to smooth mud solutions.

The quality of the solids obtained by this method does not meet modern requirements of drilling due to the low solubility of calcium salts.

85637.In the described method of processing pyrite cinders, a further development of the method according to ed. St. L 85637.

чертеж).The proposed method for the treatment of pyrite solids intended for smoothing mud solutions is as follows (see drawing).

Pyrite cinders are loaded into the apparatus /, where they are washed with water at a temperature of 90-100 °. Due to the low solubility of a part of salts, washing is required 10-15 times the amount of water based on the weight of the cinder.

For the purpose of repeated use, the washings are passed through ipeaKTOp 2 with slaked lime, where all the washed salts are converted to insoluble precipitates, and the purified hot water is again pranravlaev to flush out butts.

Затем огарки подвергаютс  помолу в мелы-п-ще 3, обогащаютс  на установке 4 и иоступают в промывочный аппарат 5, где разрушаютс  нерастворимые в во.1е соединени .The cinders are then ground into chalk-n-3, enriched in unit 4, and fed to the washer 5, where the first-insoluble compounds are destroyed.

For this, cinder is processed with a solution of caustic soda, which can be up to 90-goo.

м.The washings with the reaction products are directed to the reactor 6 with lime, the passage through the scrubber) 7, where the liquid is absorbed by the carbon dioxide.

Смесь растворов обеих щелочей снова поступает к огаркам.noc.ie saturation of carbon dioxide gas m. products. reactions turn into calcined carbon dioxide, and part of the latter, pass reactor 6, again into the caustic. A mixture of solutions of both alkalis again goes to the stubs.
