Claims (12)

  1. POSODA ZA AKTIVNO SNOV IN METODA ZA PROIZVODNJO LETE PATENTNI ZAHTEVKI
    1. Posoda (10) za aktivno snov, kot na primer sušilno sredstvo ali odstranjevalec kisika in za omogočanje aktivni snovi, da reagira z okoljem posode (10), na primer absorbiranje vlage ali kisika, ko je posoda zaprta, posoda vsebuje: telo posode (12), ki ima periferno steno telesa (11), ki definira zgornjo odprtino (13) za vstavljanje aktivne snovi v telo posode (12), in neodstranljiv zaskočni pokrov (14), ki sodeluje s telesom posode (12), da se zapre zgornja odprtina (13), pokrov (14) vsebuje periferni ščitnik (C5), pri čemer periferna stena telesa (11) vsebuje stopnico (B2), ki se oblikuje med prvim delom (B5) periferne stene telesa (11), ki se nahaja poleg zgornje odprtine (13), in drugim delom (B6) periferne stene telesa (11), ki se nahaja pod prvim delom (B5), pri čemer je prvi del (B5) vsaj delno tanjši kot drugi del (B6), tako da se oblikuje stopnica (B2), pri čemer sta notranja oblika perifernega ščitnika (C5) in zunanja oblika prvega dela (B5) periferne stene telesa (11) prilagojena, da oblikujeta zaskočno prilagajanje med pokrovom (14) in telesom posode (12), pri čemer pokrov (14) vsaj delno bočno obkroža prvi del (B5), označena e tem, da je vertikalni podaljšek perifernega ščitnika (C5) manjši od vertikalnega podaljška prvega dela (B5) periferne stene telesa (11), tako da se oblikuje vrzel (J8') med stopnico (B2) in perifernim ščitnikom (C5), ko se pokrov (14) zaskoči na telo posode (12).
  2. 2. Posoda (10) po zahtevku 1, pri čemer ima vrzel (J8') vertikalno dimenzijo večjo ali enako 0,05 mm, po možnosti večjo ali enako 0,15 mm.
  3. 3. Posoda (10) po zahtevku 1 ali 2, pri čemer ima vrzel (J8') vertikalno dimenzijo manjšo ali enako 1 mm, po možnosti manjšo ali enako 0,6 mm.
  4. 4. Posoda (10) po enem od predhodnih zahtevkov, pri čemer je aktivna snov vsaj eden iz skupine, ki jo sestavljajo: sušilno sredstvo, odstranjevalec kisika, aktivni ogljik, snov, ki sprošča vonjave, ali mešanica dveh ali več izmed teh elementov.
  5. 5. Posoda (10) po enem od predhodnih zahtevkov, pri čemer ima vsaj eden izmed telesa posode (12) in pokrova (14) valjasto obliko, ki ima večkotno, okroglo ali eliptično osnovo.
  6. 6. Posoda (10) po enem od predhodnih zahtevkov, pri čemer pokrov (14) vsebuje zgornji del v obliki diska (C6), od katere je odvisen periferni ščitnik (C5), pri čemer najvišji del (B4) periferne stene telesa (11) meji na in je v stiku z zgornjim delom (C6), ko se pokrov (14) pritisne ob telo posode (12) v aksialni smeri.
  7. 7. Posoda (10) po enem od predhodnih zahtevkov, pri čemer vsaj eden izmed telesa posode (12) in pokrova (14) vsebuje več odprtin (18, 26), kar omogoča tekočinsko izmenjavo med notranjostjo posode (10) in zunanjostjo posode (10), ko se pokrov (14) zaskoči na telo posode (12), tako da lahko aktivna snov reagira z okoljem posode (10).
  8. 8. Posoda (10) po enem od predhodnih zahtevkov, pri čemer vsaj eden izmed telesa posode (12) in pokrova (14) vsebuje področja manjše debeline, kar omogoča tekočinsko izmenjavo med notranjostjo posode (10) in zunanjostjo posode (10), ko se pokrov (14) zaskoči na telo posode (12), tako da lahko aktivna snov reagira z okoljem posode (10).
  9. 9. Posoda (10) po enem od predhodnih zahtevkov, pri čemer pokrov (14) vsebuje enega ali več podpornih elementov (16), ki se raztezajo čez pokrov (14) med nasprotnimi deli ščitnika (C5), pri čemer podporni elementi (16) definirajo čistino (C8) med ščitnikom (C5) in konci podpornih elementov (16), ta čistina (C8) je primerna za to, da vsaj delno sprejme prvi del (B5) stene telesa (11).
  10. 10. Posoda (10) po enem od predhodnih zahtevkov, pri čemer vsaj eden, po možnosti oba, izmed notranje oblike ščitnika (C5) in zunanje oblike prvega dela (B5) stene telesa (11) vsebujeta nagnjeno prehodno površino (B9, C9) med vbočenim delom (B1, C7) in štrlečim delom (B7, C1), pri čemer je prehodna površina (B9, C9) po možnosti nagnjena pod kotom med 30° in 90° glede na vertikalni podaljšek stene telesa (11) ščitnika (C5), kjer je to ustrezno.
  11. 11. Posoda (10) po enem od predhodnih zahtevkov, pri čemer sta telo posode (12) in pokrov (14) narejena iz različnih plastičnih materialov, tako da je material pokrova (14) bolj elastičen kot material telesa posode (12).
  12. 12. Metoda za proizvodnjo posode (10) po enem od predhodnih zahtevkov, ki vsebuje injekcijski postopek oblikovanja z uporabo vsaj dveh drsnikov, odstranjevalni postopek odstranjevanja posode iz kalupa, pri čemer so drsniki odstranjeni, preden je proizvedena posoda odstranjena iz kalupa.
