Abstract

Predmet izuma je procesna naprava za oblaganje delcev, ki sodi v področje kemijske in farmacevtske tehnologije in predstavlja izboljšavo procesne opreme za oblaganje delcev z razprševanjem od spodaj in deluje na principu tehnologije z vrtinčenjem. Procesna naprava za oblaganje delcev, po izumu ima znotraj stene (1), nameščeno ena ali več enot, pri čemer vsako enoto sestavlja generator (4) vrtinčenja zraka s perforirano ploščo (3) in razmejitvenim valjem (5), kjer je centralno skozi generator (4) vrtinčenjazraka vpeljana eno ali večfazna dvokanalna šoba (6) za razprševanje, z dovodom (7) za disperzijo za oblaganje in dovodom (8) komprimiranega zraka, pri čemer ima generator (4) vrtinčenja zraka izvedene navzven odprte in pod kotom, glede na navpičnico, ležeče utore (18). Procesna naprava za oblaganje delcev, po drugem izvedbenem primeru izuma ima znotraj stene (1), nameščeno eno ali več enot, pri čemer vsako enoto sestavlja razmejitveni valj (5) in eno ali večfazna šoba (6) za razprševanje, ki je nameščenacentralno glede na valj in penetrira perforirano ploščo (3a). Perforirana plošča (3a) je v zunanjem delu, med steno razmejitvenega valja (5) in steno (1) naprave, v preseku ravna ali ukrivljena in ima značilno distribucijo velikosti krožnih odprtin z največjimi preseki v področju tlorisne projekcije razmejitvenega valja (5) in manjšimi odprtinami v preostalem delu plošče. Naprava za oblaganje ima po obodu stene (1) ob perforirani plošči (3) v obroč (21) vdelane glede na obod poševno usmerjene reže (27)vpiha, ki so tlačno napajane iz skupnega votlega obroča (20) s priključkom (22) za komprimiran zrak. Naprava za oblaganje ima po obodu stene (1) nad perforirano ploščo (3) radialno izvedeno obodno režo (24) vpiha in sicer poševno glede na horizontalno ravnino, pri čemer je reža (24) tlačno napajana preko votlega obroča (23) s tlačnim priključkom (25).

Claims (3)

PATENTNI ZAHTEVKI
1. Procesna naprava za oblaganje delcev, pri kateri je znotraj stene (1), nameščena ena ali več enot, pri čemer vsako enoto sestavlja generator (4) vrtinčenja zraka okoli katerega je nameščena v preseku ravna ali ukrivljena perforirana plošča (3) in razmejitveni valj (5), kjer je centralno skozi generator (4) vrtinčenja zraka vpeljana eno ali večfazna šoba (6) za razprševanje z dovodom (7) za disperzijo za oblaganje in dovodom (8) komprimiranega zraka, označena s tem, da ima generator (4) utore, ki oblikujejo naklon z navpičnico in so utori (18) odprti navzven.
2. Procesna naprava za oblaganje delcev, po zahtevku 1, označena s tem, da je kot naklona utorov (18) glede na navpičnico med 10 in 45°.
3. Procesna naprava za oblaganje delcev, po zahtevku 1 in 2, označena s tem, da je skupna tlorisna površina utorov (18) generatorja (4) vrtinčenja zraka od 20 do 50 % površine horizontalnega preseka razmejitvenega valja (5) in je premer generatorja (4) vrtinčenja zraka od 65 do 100 % premera razmejitvenega valja (5).
