Abstract

The modular unit (5) is fitted into the cab in a convenient position eg. on the transmission tunnel/engine casing. The unit has compartment for various uses including controls for the vehicle, communications equipment and lockets (9,10) to hold personal effects, catering supplies etc. The unit is moulded in plastics material and the layout is selected to suit the user and the vehicle use. The whole unit or parts of the unit can be replaced as required, using securing catches. USE/ADVANTAGE - The modular design of in-cab control and storage unit provides a versatile system with simple-to-change layout.
