Abstract
A method of determining the composition of a substance in microcolumn liquid chromatography consists in passing the sample of the substance, together with the eluant flow, through the chromatograph microcolumn (3), carrying out, at the outlet of the chromatograph column (3), the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the solution containing the eluant and the components of the sample to be analyzed, carrying out the quantitative and qualitative analysis of a control solution and determining the composition of the substance to be analyzed on the basis of comparison of the first and the second analysis. The control solution used is the eluant which is passed through the chromatograph microcolumn (3) immediately before introducing into it the sample to be analyzed.
