Abstract
Swirl blades (5) extend radially across an annular cross-section between the outer diameter of the core pipe (4) and the inner diameter of the outer pipe (1). Mounted outside the core pipe (4) is a valve disc (8) which on the inflow side can be introduced into the core pipe (4) by means of a servomotor (9). The outer diameter of the valve disc (8) corresponds to the inner diameter of the core pipe (4) in the inflow region.
