Abstract

1495886 Display devices AUGUST FISCHER KG 27 May 1976 [11 May 1976] 22142/76 Heading G5C A basket-like shopping trolley 1 has a display panel 7 pivotally mounted on a securing plate on the trolley by way of lugs 9 on the panel frame 8, two axles 13, 11, and an intermediate pair of levers 10, the panel being spring-urged to an upright position by a torsion rod whose shaft is axle 13, such that the panel is automatically pivoted into the trolley when the trolleys are nested (Fig. 1). If panel 7 is pivoted away from the trolley, after initial pivoting against the torsion rod, the levers 10 pivot about axle 11 against helical springs 17 to prevent bending of frame 8.
