531 EEE! Man blästrar inte produktens yta innan man lackerar den utan lackerar utanpå svartoxiden efter att endast ha rengj ort ytan. Svartoxidskiktets tjocklek bör vara 1-5 pm och företrädesvis 1-4 um. Lacken får god vidhäftning. Vidhäftningen kan t.o.m. bli bättre än vidhäftrtingen på blästrad yta.
Claims (3)
1. l. Sätt att framställa en lackerad höghållfast produkt av stålplåt, varvid man i kylda verktyg varmforrnar och härdat ett ämne som är värmt till austenitiseflngstemperatur, kännetecknat av att man formar ett ämne som har ett svart oxidskikt med en tjocklek av 1-5 um, varefter man lackerar den formade och härdade produkten utanpå svartoxidskiktet,
2. Sätt enligt patentkrav l, kännetecknat av att man klipper ämnet från ett svartoxiderat band och värmer ämnet i en ugn med inert eller svagt reducerande atmosfär.
3. Sätt enligt patentkrav 1, kännetecknat av att man klipper ämnet från ett blankt band och värmer ämnet i en ugn med svagt oxiderande atmosfär
