Claims (3)
- 鋼板ブランクがオーステナイト状態まで加熱され、そして冷却された一対の治具中でホットスタンプされて硬化される、塗装された高強度の鋼板製品の製造方法であって、
1〜5μmの黒色酸化物層を有するブランクが使用され、成形され、そして硬化された製品が黒色酸化物層上で塗装されることを特徴とする製造方法。 - ブランクが黒色酸化物の表面を有する鋼帯から切り出され、そしてブランクが不活性の又は僅かに酸化性の雰囲気を有する炉中で加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
- ブランクが酸化されていない鋼帯から切り出され、そしてブランクが僅かに酸化性の雰囲気を有する炉中で加熱されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の方法。
