Description
f7900699-5 2 Buller har under senare år börjat betraktas som ett synnerligen allvarligt miljöproblem. Det har därför funnits ett stort behov av att kunna fästa konstruktionsdetaljer av MPM-plåt på ett säkert sätt medelst skruv- eller nitförband även vid sådana kon- struktioner där en hög användningstemperatur skulle kunna med- föra flytproblem, speciellt gäller detta konstruktioner där stor täthet fordras, exempelvis vid montering av oljetråg i bilar.
Genom föreliggande uppfinning har man kunnat tillgodose nämnda behov och åstadkommit ett sätt att eliminera krypning i skruv- eller nítförband i vibrationsdämpande s.k. laminerad plåt, bestående av minst ett vibrationsdämpande skikt av plast eller gummi anbringat mellan två metallplåtar till en enhet, varefter hål för skruvar eller nitar uttagits i plåten exempelvis genom stansning eller borrning. Sättet kännetecknas av att den lami- nerade plåten efter eller före håltagningen präglas runt hålen eller de blivande hålen, från ena eller båda sidorna, så att präglingen penetrerar det dämpande skiktet och plåtarna får metallisk kontakt med varandra och så att avståndet mellan plåtarna bibehålles även om mellanskiktet skulle förlora sin _bärighet.
Uppfinningen förklaras närmare i anslutning till bifogade figurer, varav figurerna l-8 uppifrån visar olika utförings- former av präglingsmönster runt ett hål för skruv- eller nit- förband i en MPM-plåt, medan figurerna 9 och 10 visar två olika snitt genom dessa präglingsmönster. Såsom framgår av figurerna 9 och 10 består MPM-plåten av två olika metall- plåtar l respektive 2 sammanfogade till en enhet med hjälp av exempelvis ett vibrationsdämpande plastskikt 3.
'På figurerna 9 och lß visas tydligt att de båda plåtarna efter präglingen har metallisk kontakt med varandra. Detta är som ovan omtalats en förutsättning för att man enligt upp- finningen skall erhålla ett säkert skruv- eller nitförband även när den monterade konstruktionen används vid högre tempe- raturer.
