Claims (15)
1. Ett sandwichkonstruktionselement (100) innefattande: - ett första element (101) med en yta, som sträcker sig i en längdriktning med entjocklek och en höjd som är mindre än dess längsgående längd; - ett andra element (102) med en yta, som sträcker sig i samma längdriktning somdet första elementet med en tjocklek och en höjd som är mindre än desslängsgående längd, varvid det andra elementet är vänt mot det första elementets(101) yta; - en öppen kärnstruktur (103) som är anordnad mellan och operativt ansluten till detförsta elementet (101) och till det andra elementet (102), varvid den öppnakärnstrukturen innefattar ett flertal tätt packade tetraedrar (201 ), kännetecknad av att tetraedererna (201) är asymmetriska och är anordnade för att bilda en eller fleraenhetsceller (106) som definierar en lådformad volym (300), varvid denlådformade volymen (300) har huvudsakligen vinkelräta sidor.
2. Sandwichkonstruktionselementet enligt krav 1, vidare innefattande åtminstone tvåplana element (104, 105) som är anordnade mellan det första elementet (101) ochdet andra elementet (102), varvid de åtminstone två plana elementen (104, 105) ärvinkelrätt anordnade mellan ytorna på det första elementet (101) och det andraelementet (102), och är vända mot varandra med ett första avstånd mellan de tvåelementen (104, 105).

Sandwichkonstruktionselementet enligt krav 2, varvid den öppna kärnstruktureninnefattar ett flertal enhetsceller (106) som är anordnade mellan två av de åtminstonetvå plana elementen (104, 105), varvid varje enhetscell (106) innefattar två platta parallellogram (301, 302) anordnade i ett överlappande korsande förhållande längs en diagonal av de två plana parallellogramen (301, 302), med en vinkel (303) mellande två plana parallellogramen (301, 302).

Sandwichkonstruktionselementet enligt krav 3, varvid vart och ett av parallellogrammen (301, 302, 400a-c) innefattar en slits (401) längs diagonalen (402)av parallellogramet från ett hörn till åtminstone mitten (403) av parallellogramet,varvid slitsen är anordnad att motta en motsvarande parallellogram med en slits (401)så att de två parallellogrammen är förenade längs diagonalen hos varje parallellog ram.
