Claims (15)

前記第1の要素(101)と前記第2の要素(102)との間に配置され、また、前記第1の要素(101)と前記第2の要素(102)とに動作可能に接続されたオープンコア構造(103)であって、複数の密に充填した四面体構造(201)を有するオープンコア構造と、を備える、サンドイッチ状構造要素(100)。 - 前記オープンコア構造は、前記第1の要素(101)と前記第2の要素(101)との間に配置された少なくとも2つの平坦な要素(104、105)を備え、少なくとも2つの前記平坦な要素(104、105)は前記第1の要素(101)の前記面と前記第2の要素(102)の前記面との間に配置され、かつ、2つの前記要素(104、105)の間の第1の距離で互いに対向する、請求項1に記載のサンドイッチ状構造要素(100)。
- 前記オープンコア構造は、少なくとも2つの前記平坦な要素(104、105)の間に配置された複数の単位セルを備え、各単位セルは2つの平坦な平行四辺形(301、302)を備え、2つの前記平坦な平行四辺形は、2つの前記平坦な平行四辺形(301、302)の間の角度(303)で、2つの前記平坦な平行四辺形(301、302)の対角線に沿って重なって交差する関係に配置される、請求項2に記載のサンドイッチ状構造要素。
- 前記平行四辺形の各々(301、302、400a〜c)は、前記平行四辺形の角から少なくとも前記平行四辺形の中央部(403)への前記平行四辺形の対角線(402)に沿ったスリット(401)を備え、前記スリットは、2つの前記平行四辺形が各平行四辺形の前記対角線に沿って接合されるように、スリット(401)を有する対応する平行四辺形を受けるよう構成した、請求項3に記載のサンドイッチ状構造要素。
- 前記単位セル(106)の前記平行四辺形は、前記対角線から距離を置いて配置された凹部を備える、請求項2〜4のいずれか一項に記載のサンドイッチ状構造要素。
- 前記対角線は、2つの前記平坦な平行四辺形(301、302)の最短対角線である、請求項3〜5のいずれか一項に記載のサンドイッチ状構造要素。
- 前記第1の要素(101)の前記面および前記第2の要素(102)の前記面は平坦である、請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載のサンドイッチ状構造要素。
- 少なくとも2つの前記平坦な要素(104、105)が、前記第1の要素(101)の前記平坦な面と前記第2の要素(102)の前記平坦な面とに対して垂直に配置される、請求項7に記載のサンドイッチ状構造要素。
- 前記複数の単位セルは2つの平坦なアレイによって形成され、各平坦なアレイ(701)は、中間平行四辺形の縁部に動作可能に接続された第1の縁部(703)を有する第1の平行四辺形(702)によって形成された反復三角波パターンを備える、請求項3〜8のいずれか一項に記載のサンドイッチ状構造要素。
- 前記平坦なアレイ(701)は、隣接する前記第1の平行四辺形と前記中間平行四辺形との間の共通の前記縁部(703、704)に沿った折れ線を備え、前記中間平行四辺形は前記中間平行四辺形の短い対角線に沿った折れ線を備える、請求項7に記載のサンドイッチ状構造要素。
- サンドイッチ状構造体が板金を備える、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のサンドイッチ状構造要素。
- 前記板金がステンレス鋼である、請求項8に記載のサンドイッチ状構造要素。
- オープンセルコアの前記単位セルが、前記単位セルから、少なくとも2つの前記平坦な要素内の対応する溝内に延在するタブによって、少なくとも2つの前記平坦な要素に動作可能に接続される、請求項1〜12のいずれか一項に記載のサンドイッチ状構造要素。
- 前記オープンセルコアの単位セルが、接着剤によって前記第1の要素と前記第2の要素とに動作可能に接続される、請求項1〜13のいずれか一項に記載のサンドイッチ状構造要素。
- 前記オープンセルコアの単位セルが、溶接によって前記第1の要素と第2の要素とに動作可能に接続される、請求項1〜10のいずれか一項に記載のサンドイッチ状構造要素。
