يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بطريقة بناء سطح بطانة ليفي fiber lining surface لفرن تكسير إيثيلين ethylene cracking furnace تتضمن الخطوات التالية: S1، تمهيد سطح البطانة الليفي؛ S2، ترطيب سطح البطانة الليفي الممهد؛ S3، تثبيت سطح البطانة الليفي الرطب؛ و S4، طلاء، قبل تجفيف سطح البطانة الليفي، بدهان مرتفع درجة الحرارة على سطح البطانة الليفي الذي تم تثبيته؛ والاحتفاظ بدرزات التمدد expansion sews المتعددة على سطح البطانة الليفي أثناء عملية الطلاء coating process. وفقاً لطريقة بناء دهان مرتفع درجة الحرارة لهيكل البطانة الليفي الكامل لفرن تكسير الإيثيلين، فإن الدهان المرتفع درجة الحرارة مرتبط بإحكام بالبطانة، ولن يتشقق أو يسقط أثناء الاستخدام، مما يحمي البطانة الليفية fiber lining الكاملة عن طريق الطلاء وإطالة العمر الافتراضي للبطانة بشكل كبير. الشكل 1
