本发明涉及一种稳定的陶瓷涂层。
背景技术
陶瓷材料一般硬度较高,但可塑性较差。除了使用于食器、装饰上外,陶瓷在科学、技术的发展中亦扮演着重要角色。随着社会的发展,陶瓷制品应用越来越广泛,但是普通的陶瓷制品在使用时存在着各种缺陷,例如某些陶瓷制品耐磨性和耐候性不足,某些使用一段时间光泽度降低;因此,由于某些陶瓷,需要在陶瓷制品的表面覆盖一层涂层,用于保护陶瓷制品,使陶瓷制品的性能更加优异。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明要解决的问题是,提供一种陶瓷涂层,性能稳定,能够牢固附在陶瓷表面,同时使陶瓷具有很好的耐磨性和强度。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明提供的技术方案是,一种稳定的陶瓷涂层,其由以下重量份数的原料制成:
粒度为130-150μm的碳化硅中粉15-22份,磷酸二氢铝6-10份,消泡剂2-4份,润湿剂3-5份,纳米氧化钇6-8份,防腐剂1-2份,钢纤维3-5份,氧化铝9-12份,钼粉6-9份,羟乙基纤维素8-10份,鲸蜡醇2-4份,二盐基亚磷酸铅3-5份,聚丙烯11-14份,硅化钽粉2-6份,钨粉6-10份。
