本发明涉及一种稳定的陶瓷涂层。
背景技术
陶瓷材料一般硬度较高，但可塑性较差。除了使用于食器、装饰上外，陶瓷在科学、技术的发展中亦扮演着重要角色。随着社会的发展，陶瓷制品应用越来越广泛，但是普通的陶瓷制品在使用时存在着各种缺陷，例如某些陶瓷制品耐磨性和耐候性不足，某些使用一段时间光泽度降低；因此，由于某些陶瓷，需要在陶瓷制品的表面覆盖一层涂层，用于保护陶瓷制品，使陶瓷制品的性能更加优异。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足，本发明要解决的问题是，提供一种陶瓷涂层，性能稳定，能够牢固附在陶瓷表面，同时使陶瓷具有很好的耐磨性和强度。
为解决现有技术问题，本发明提供的技术方案是，一种稳定的陶瓷涂层，其由以下重量份数的原料制成：
粒度为130-150μm的碳化硅中粉15-22份，磷酸二氢铝6-10份，消泡剂2-4份，润湿剂3-5份，纳米氧化钇6-8份，防腐剂1-2份，钢纤维3-5份，氧化铝9-12份，钼粉6-9份，羟乙基纤维素8-10份，鲸蜡醇2-4份，二盐基亚磷酸铅3-5份，聚丙烯11-14份，硅化钽粉2-6份，钨粉6-10份。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明的陶瓷涂层，性能稳定，能够牢固附在陶瓷表面，同时使陶瓷具有很好的耐磨性和强度。
