Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بطريقة لإنتاج الأيزوسياناتات isocyanates، وفقا له يتم توجيه تدفقات العادم المقدمة للاحتراق خلال جهاز الامتزاز قبل توريدها إلى عملية احتراق الغاز العادم، وبالتالي يتم استنفاد المذيب، يشتمل جهاز الامتزاز على وحدتي امتزاز على الأقل متصلتين بالتوازي، اللتان يمكن بصورة متناوبة (1) تعرضهما إلى تدفق عادم واحد على الأقل و(2) إعادة توليدهما ببخار الماء، حيث، خلال خطوة الطريقة (1)، يتم الحصول على تدفق عادم مستنفد للمذيب، وخلال خطوة الطريقة (2)، يتم الحصول على تدفق محتوي على ماء ومذيب، يتم إعادة تدوير نسبة المذيب منها في طريقة لإنتاج الأيزوسياناتات isocyanates.
