Abstract
يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بتوفير عامل مُحفز catalyst لإنتاج حمض الميثاكريليك methacrylic acid ، الذي يحتوي على نسبة عالية من حمض الميثاكريليك. طريقة لإنتاج محفز لإنتاج حمض الميثاكريليك methacrylic acid ، والتي تشتمل على: (1) خطوة لتحضير مادة بدء محفز سائل catalyst starting material liquid A يحتوي على الموليبدنوم Molybdenum (Mo) ، فسفور phosphorus (P) و فاناديوم Vanadium (V) ؛ (2) خطوة لإعداد سائل بادئ لمادة محفز تحتوي على مادة بداية كاتيونية cationic starting material ؛ و (3) خطوة لتحضير سائل يحتوي على حمض غير متجانس heteropolyacid له هيكل من نوع Keggin أو ملح من حمض غير متجانس salt of the heteropolyacid عن طريق إضافة أحد مواد بدء المحفز السائل A والمادة البادئة السائل B إلى الآخر والخلط معًا. في الخطوة (3)، تمت تلبية الصيغتين (i) و(ii): 3.0 T/(3V) 13.0 (i) 0.01 u1 1.0 (ii) (في الصيغتين (i) و(ii)، يمثل V حجم [m3] من سائل مادة بدء المحفز A؛ T يمثل عدد منافذ الإضافة التي يتم من خلالها إضافة السائل الآخر؛ يمثل u1 معدل التدفق الحجمي volumetric flow rate [لتر / دقي
