Abstract

يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بتقديم طلاءات مقاومة للتآكل Corrosion-resistant coatings وطرق تصنيع واستخدام الطلاءات coatings. يتضمن الطلاء المقاوم للتآكل جسيمات مغنطيسية مشتتة magnetic particles dispersed في قالب بوليمر polymer matrix ، حيث قالب البوليمر يكون غير قطبي non-polar ويكون غير آلف للماء جزئياً partially hydrophobic على الأقل وتحتوي الجسيمات المغناطيسية magnetic particles على منطقة التصاق adhesion region تشتمل على مادة عالية الإنفاذية المغناطيسية ferromagnetic material ، ومنطقة سطح بيني بوليمرية polymer interface region تحيط بمنطقة الالتصاق تشتمل على مجموعة من المركبات الترابطية plurality of ligands ، حيث يشتمل كل مركب ترابطي على طرف تثبيت anchoring end وطرف غير قطبي non-polar end. كما يتم تقديم طرق إنتاج منتجات مقاومة للتآكل corrosion-resistant articles. تتضمن الطريقة وضع طلاء مقاوم للتآكل على منتج وإنضاج الطلاء. شكل 1.
