Abstract

يتعلق الاختراع الحالي بتقديم طرق جديدة لمعالجة أكاسيد فلزية مدخنة fumed metallic oxides في تكدسات أكاسيد فلزية كروية globular metallic oxide agglomerates. يمكن للطريقة أن تسمح بمعالجة جسيمات أكسيد فلزي مدخن، مثل جسيمات سليكا مدخنة fumed silica وجسيمات ألومينا مدخنة fumed alumina particles ، في بنية كروية الشكل globular morphology لتحسين المناولة مع الاحتفاظ بمساحة سطح مرغوبة desirable surface area. يمكن أن تتضمن العمليات توفير جسيمات أكاسيد فلزية مدخنة، دمج الجسيمات بناقل سائل liquid carrier لتكوين معلق suspension ، تذرية atomizing محلول الجسيمات المعلقة، وتعريض القطرات التي تم تذريتها atomized droplets إلى نطاق درجات حراري يكفي لإزالة ناقل السائل من القطرات لإنتاج تكدسات تحتوي على أكاسيد فلزية metallic oxide-containing agglomerations. شكل 1.
