Система активации топлива для двигателя внутреннего сгорания, выполненная в виде форсунки для подачи жидкого топлива в камеру сгорания двигателя, содержащая положительный и отрицательный электроды, расположенные коаксиально, отличающаяся тем, что положительный электрод подключен к телу иглы с выходом на ее штифт, отрицательный электрод подключен к массе двигателя и с выходом через форсунку на колодец распылителя, причем штифт иглы и колодец установлены коаксиально относительно друг друга с постоянным зазором для прохода топлива и снабжены спиральными миниребрами противоположного направления, а поверхность иглы снабжена минипазами на уровне оси подачи топлива в карман распылителя и установлена по касательной к указанной оси.1.
