Плодовое вино, содержащее плодовый виноматериал, спиртованный яблочный сок, подслащивающий компонент и спирт этиловый ректификованный, отличающееся тем, что в качестве подслащивающего компонента используется плодово-ягодный экстракт и, дополнительно, плодовый виноматериал содержит обработанный ординарный виноградный виноматериал и сброженно-спиртованный черноплоднорябиновый виноматериал в количестве, соответственно, 1 - 20% от общего объема соков в купаже и 5 - 15% от объема вносимого в купаж плодового виноматериала, при следующем соотношении компонентов (дал) на 1000 дал напитка:
Плодовый виноматериал - 550 - 800
Спиртованный яблочный сок - 10 - 250
Подслащивающий компонент - 10 - 110
Спирт этиловый ректификованный на крепость купажа 17% об. - Остальное
