Abstract
Сначала в очищаемый гликолевый раствор закачивают количество воды, позволяющее осуществлять расслоение результирующей смеси на углеводородную и гликолевую фазы. Углеводородную фазу отделяют от гликолевой фазы и последнюю подвергают обессоливающей обработке, например путем электродиализа, для получения обессоленного и по существу лишенного углеводородов гликолевого раствора, который затем подвергают концентрированию путем стрипперирования водяным паром. Применение для очистки гликолевых растворов, происходящих из обработки эфлюентов добычи нефти или газа гликолями, особенно обработки по предотвращению образования гидратов газа или еще обезвоживания природных газов.
Claims (1)
- Сначала в очищаемый гликолевый раствор закачивают количество воды, позволяющее осуществлять расслоение результирующей смеси на углеводородную и гликолевую фазы. Углеводородную фазу отделяют от гликолевой фазы и последнюю подвергают обессоливающей обработке, например путем электродиализа, для получения обессоленного и по существу лишенного углеводородов гликолевого раствора, который затем подвергают концентрированию путем стрипперирования водяным паром. Применение для очистки гликолевых растворов, происходящих из обработки эфлюентов добычи нефти или газа гликолями, особенно обработки по предотвращению образования гидратов газа или еще обезвоживания природных газов.
