Abstract
Осушаемый газ подают в абсорбер (1) и в абсорбере в противотоке приводят его в плотный контакт с гликолем, причем гликоль поглощает влагу из газа и загрязнений. Насыщенный водой загрязненный гликоль отводят из абсорбера (1) по трубопроводу (5). Затем его регенерируют в ребойлере (9), вытесняя воду нагреванием. Обезвоженный гликоль поступает в бак (10), из которого его можно снова подавать в абсорбер (1). Отобранный из бака (10) гликоль очищают, смешивая его, по меньшей мере, с половиной количества воды, смесь доводят до температуры выше точки помутнения и выдерживают в таком состоянии заданное время, причем загрязнения коагулируются. Коагулированные загрязнения удаляют в фильтре (18), а очищенный и смешанный с водой гликоль по трубопроводу (19) снова подают в ребойлер (9). Способ осушки очень экономичен, так как он объединяет в себе незагрязняющую окружающую среду и не дорогостоящую очистку гликоля.Международная заявка была опубликована вместе с отчетом о международном поиске.
