Piston of compressor cylinders are alternately connected by connecting rod mechanisms with common crankshaft. In compressor cylinder block, number of cylinders is multiple of 6. Half of these cylinders is combined in first stage of compression and its inlet is connected to exhaust manifold and to water injection unit. 1/3 of cylinders is combined in second stage of compression, remaining cylinders are formed into third stage of compression and its outlet is connected with output pipeline of device.
