Abstract

FIELD: ship raising and wrecking at sea and in inland basins. SUBSTANCE: raising craft has frame with equipment pressure container 19 secured on it, buoyancy light pontoons 20, hydraulic grips 15 connected with muddy bottom washing-out system hoses, members of system for bringing the craft to sunken object by means of devices 10 and 11 and thrusters 9 and devices for locking the cargo coupling by means of stops 23. Control of raising craft is effected remotely from remote control panel. Power and compressed air are supplied from external object. In shallow waters (to 60-70 m), raising craft may be used in semi-autonomous mode at shore support or with the aid of tow boat. In conducting jobs at deep depths, frame of raising craft is suspended from cargo slings to support ship. Raised object may be towed to port without disconnecting it from raising craft at any state of sea. Cargo capacity of raising craft is up to 100 tf oriented at limited mass of single cargoes up to 60-80 t carried by rail and water and at auxiliary ship-raising jobs. EFFECT: enhanced reliability.

Изобретение относится к судоподъемным и аварийно-спасательным работам на морских и внутренних водоемах. Грузоподъемное плавсредство (ГПС) содержит раму с закреплением на ней прочного контейнера 19 с оборудованием, легких понтонов плавучести 20, гидравлических захватов 15, сочлененных со шлангами системы размывания илистого грунта, элементов системы н ведения на затонувший объект с помощью приборов 10 и 11 и подруливающих устройств 9, а также фиксирования стопорами 23 сцепки с грузом. Управление работой ГПС осуществляется дистанционно с переносного пульта. Подача электроэнергии и сжатого воздуха обеспечивается с внешнего объекта. При небольших глубинах акватории (до 60 - 70м) ГПС может использоваться полуавтономно с береговым обеспечением или с помощью буксирного катера. При работе на больших глубинах моря рама ГПС подвешивается на грузовых тросах к обеспечивающему судну. Поднятый объект может быть отбуксирован в сцепке с ГПС в порт при любом внезапном состоянии моря. Техническая разработка ГПС по грузоподъемности (до 100 тс) ориентирована на лимитированную массу единичных грузов (до 60 - 80т), перевозимых по транспортным коммуникациям железных дорог и водных путей, а также на условия вспомогательных аварийно-спасательных работ при судоподъеме.The invention relates to ship lifting and rescue operations in marine and inland waters. The raised object can be towed in conjunction with the GPS to the port in case of any sudden state of the sea. The technical development of the GPS for carrying capacity (up to 100 tf) is focused on the limited mass of single cargoes (up to 60 - 80 t) transported by transport communications of railways and waterways, as well as on the conditions of auxiliary emergency rescue operations during ship lifting.
