Abstract

FIELD: metallurgical industry; applicable in purification of oils contaminated with mechanical impurities, in separation of sludges or thickened pulp of metallurgical and metal-working plants into water, oil and scale. SUBSTANCE: method of separation of byproducts and wastes of metallurgical industry containing water, oil and scale, includes dewatering, heating of dewatered mixture and its decantation in the inert for oil atmosphere, vacuum distillation of oil, vacuum drying of hard residual to remove oil at temperature not in excess of 400 C. After vacuum drying, the residual is heated to temperature of not in excess of 400 C at the pressure exceeding the pressure of oil saturation, and then, it is sprayed in a low-pressure chamber in a jet of steam or in jet of heated gas inert to oil, or sprayed in vacuum chamber with no participation of spraying agent at the pressure below the pressure of oil saturation. The device for embodiment of the offered method has successively connected dewatering appliance, apparatuses with mixer for heating and decantation of oil, vacuum apparatus with mixer for distillation and vacuum drying of hard residue from oil, and the first oil accumulator connected with apparatus for heating and decantation of oil, and the second oil accumulator connected with vacuum apparatus, inlets and outlets, and additionally, successively connected pump, high-pressure heating apparatus with mixer, vacuum chamber with spraying device and nozzles for supply of spraying agent, and settler; the pump being connected with vacuum apparatus. Цель изобретения - улучшение качества разделения компонентов смеси. В способе разделения побочных продуктов и отходов металлургической промышленности, содержащих воду, масло и окалину, включающем обезвоживание, нагрев обезвоженной смеси и ее декантацию в инертной для масла атмосфере, вакуумную перегонку масла, вакуумную сушку от масла твердого остатка при температуре не выше 400oC, остаток после вакуумной сушки нагревают до температуры не выше 400oC при давлении, выше давления насыщения масла, а затем распыляют в камере низкого давления в струе водяного пара или в струе нагретого газа, инертного по отношению к маслу, или распыляют в вакуумной камере без участия распыливающего агента при давлении, ниже давления насыщения масла. Устройство для разделения побочных продуктов и отходов металлургической промышленности, содержащих воду, масло и окалину, содержащее последовательно соединенные обезвоживатель, аппарат с мешалкой для нагрева и декантации масла, вакуумный аппарат с мешалкой для перегонки и вакуумной сушки от масла твердого остатка, а также первый накопитель масла, соединенный с аппаратом для нагрева и декантации масла и второй накопитель масла, соединенный с вакуумным аппаратом, подводящие и отводящие патрубки, дополнительно содержит последовательно соединенные насос, нагревательный аппарат высокого давления с мешалкой, вакуумную камеру с распылительным для отсадка устройством и соплами для подачи распыливающего агента и отстойник, причем насос соединен с вакуумным аппаратом.The invention relates to the metallurgical industry and can be used for the purification of oils contaminated with mechanical impurities, for separation of sludge or thickened slurry or thickened pulp from metallurgical and metal processing plants into water.
