Abstract

FIELD: building materials. SUBSTANCE: heat insulating building material comprises hydrophobic binder, preferably bitumen and filter such as hollow ash microsphere in (5-10) to (90-95) parts by volume, respectively. Claimed process for preparing said material comprises mixing binder and hollow ash microspheres at temperature of 80-90 C for 30-60 minutes till homogeneous mixture composition is attained. More viscous mixture may be prepared with the ratio of components of 0.05 to 0.95 by volume. This makes it possible to form mixture for manufacturing stabs at specific pressure of not greater than 5 kg/sq.cm. The 0.1:0.9 ratio of components makes it possible to prepare less viscous mixture suitable for filling in voids, e.g. seams, slots, holes, or the like. EFFECT: improved properties of the heat insulating building material and more efficient preparation process.

Возможно получение более вязкой смеси при объемном соотношении компонентов 0,05 : 0,95, что позволяет формовать смесь для получения плит в формах при удельном давлении не более 5 кгс/см2.
