Abstract

FIELD: medicine, particular, orthopedics and traumatology. SUBSTANCE: method of recovery of broken femur condyle and its growth zone includes L-shaped osteotomy of metadiaphysis and bringing down of bone fragment by the method of distraction osteosynthesis to replacement of injured condyle and recovery of axis. The offered method provides for removal of cicatricial tissues in the region of injured condyle of femur, distal metaepiphysis of femur is brought down together with its supplying vascular crus, joint surface of broken condyle is recovered, formed defect after bringing down of bone fragment is replaced with free bone autotransplant including growth zone with microvascular anastomosis. EFFECT: higher efficiency of treatment by recovery of broken condyle of femur and condyle growth zone, prevented recurrence of deformity and reduced terms of treatment. 1 cl, 3 dwg

Claims (1)

The invention relates to medicine, namely to orthopedics and traumatology. A method for restoring a destroyed condyle of the femur and its growth zone includes a L-shaped osteotomy of the metadiaphysis and reduction of the bone fragment by distraction osteosynthesis until the affected condyle is replaced and the axis is restored. The objective of the invention is to increase the effectiveness of treatment by restoring the destroyed condyle of the femur and its growth zone, preventing recurrence of deformity and reducing treatment time by removing scar tissue in the area of the affected condyle of the femur, distal metaepiphysis of the femur is reduced together with the vascular pedicle feeding it, and the joint the surface of the destroyed condyle formed after the removal of the bone fragment, the defect is replaced by a free bone autograft, including they sprout zone with microvascular anastomosis.
