Abstract

FIELD: manufacture of building products from concrete mixes with required quality and reduced specific material consumption of equipment and labor input in process. SUBSTANCE: method includes separate supply of loose inert material and concrete mix, molding and removal of forms from products. In so doing, prior to supply of loose inert material placed into mold are vertical partitions forming with its walls of cells over perimeter which are filled alternately with dry loose inert material or dry concrete mix. Moistening of the latter is accomplished after removal of vertical partitions. Besides, extreme cells of mold are filled with dry loose material, and moistening of dry concrete mix is effected by supply from bottom over the entire surface and/or through injectors located in cells with dry concrete mix, before or after its supply, and before removal of vertical partitions. Указанный способ изготовления бетонных изделий включает раздельную подачу в форму сыпучего инертного материала и бетонной смеси, формование и распалубку изделий, причем перед подачей сыпучего инертного материала в форме размещают вертикальные перегородки, образующие с ее стенками замкнутые по периметру ячейки, которые заполняют с чередованием ячеек сухим сыпучим инертным материалом или сухой бетонной смесью, причем увлажнение последней осуществляют после извлечения вертикальных перегородок. Кроме того, крайние ячейки формы заполняют сухим сыпучим материалом, а увлажнение сухой бетонной смеси осуществляют подачей жидкости снизу по всей поверхности и/или через инъекторы, размещаемые в ячейках с сухой бетонной смесью до или после ее подачи и до извлечения вертикальных перегородок.
