Diameter of fibres of this material is equal to (0.25-0.35)T forming mesh whose insulation; prior to applying glass fabric tape on surface, it is drawn in wasting melt at temperature of 160 to 180 C. EFFECT: enhanced reliability.

Сущность изобретения: сушат и грунтуют трубную поверхность, подают на нее двухкратным поливом горячую мастику и винтовым образом обертывают поверхность армирующим и оберточным материалами. В качестве мастики используют битумно-резиновый или битумно-полимерный состав, выполненный на основе битума с коэффициентом водонасыщения, не превосходящим 0,1%, а в качестве армирующего материала используют двухслойную ячеистую стеклоткань из волокон диаметром (0,25-0,35)Т, образующих в ленте ячейку шириной (0,25-0,5)Т, где Т - нормативная толщина слоя нормальной изоляции, при этом ленту стеклоткани перед нанесением на поверхность протаскивают в расплаве мастики при 160 - 180oС.Usage - pipeline construction.
