Abstract
본 발명은 일반 콘크리트 구조물은 물론 해상의 교량이나 잔교등의 콘크리트 표면이 부식되어 박리 및 균열이 발생하는 경우 그 발생부위에 간단히 부착 시공하여, 구조물의 보수, 보강과 함께 구조물의 내력에 영향을 미치는 손상원인을 근본적으로 차단함으로써 콘크리트 구조물, 특히 해양구조물의 내력을 회복시킴과 동시에 내구연한의 증진을 도모토록 한 것으로서, 두께12㎜, 가로1M, 세로1M크기의 제작틀(1) 내부 바닥에 폴리에틸렌 필름으로되는 이형지(2)를 깔고, 그 위에 직경 2∼4㎜의 와이어메쉬로 되는 보강재(3)를 설치한 후, 에폭시수지 4-6㎏, 탄산칼슘 1.5~2.5kg, 규사4호 4~6kg 및 5~6.5kg의 배합비율을 갖는 에폭시수지몰탈(4)을 상기 제작틀(1)에 부어넣고 상온에서 5∼10분 경과후, 표면에 긋사 4호와 에폭시 수지원액을 도포하여 코팅층(5)을 형성한 다음, 상온에서 20∼30시간 양생한 후 탈형하여서 되는 것을 특징으로 하는 에폭시 수지판넬 및 그 제조방법.In the present invention, when peeling or cracking occurs due to corrosion of a concrete concrete structure such as bridges or bridges in the sea, it is easily adhered to a site where the concrete is peeled off and cracked, thereby improving repair and reinforcement of the structure, (1) Construction of a 12mm thick, 1m wide, 1m wide building frame (1) To prevent the damage caused by the polyethylene A reinforcement 3 made of a wire mesh having a diameter of 2 to 4 mm was placed on the release paper 2 to be a film.
