Abstract

Тромбоциты после их переработки прилипают к тромбогенным поверхностям; не прилипают к нетромбогенным поверхностям; претерпевают изменение формы (расширение) при прилипании к тромбогенной поверхности; прилипают друг к другу, образуя гемостатическую пробку при прилипании к тромбогенной поверхности, и высвобождают их гранулярное содержимое, а также содержащим их фармацевтическим композициям. Тромбоциты фиксируются предпочтительно посредством фиксатора, такого, как формальдегид, параформальдегид или глутаровый альдегид, или фиксируются посредством перменганатного фиксатора. Эти тромбоциты высушиваются предпочтительно путем лиофилизации.

Claims (1)

  1. Изобретение относится к фиксированно высушенным человеческим тромбоцитам и способам их приготовления. Тромбоциты после их переработки прилипают к тромбогенным поверхностям; не прилипают к нетромбогенным поверхностям; претерпевают изменение формы (расширение) при прилипании к тромбогенной поверхности; прилипают друг к другу, образуя гемостатическую пробку при прилипании к тромбогенной поверхности, и высвобождают их гранулярное содержимое, а также содержащим их фармацевтическим композициям. Тромбоциты фиксируются предпочтительно посредством фиксатора, такого, как формальдегид, параформальдегид или глутаровый альдегид, или фиксируются посредством перменганатного фиксатора. Эти тромбоциты высушиваются предпочтительно путем лиофилизации.
