Abstract
Настоящее изобретение относится к трансгенным растениям, проявляющим резистентность к многим вирусам с использованием пути метаболизма 2,5Аолигоаденилата. В частности, указанные трансгенные растения содержат генетически сконструированную ДНК-последовательность, кодирующую по крайней мере один полипептид, имеющий активность 2,5А-синтетазы. Кроме того, данное изобретение относится к способу получения указанных трансгенных растений и к использованию указанной генетически сконструированной ДНК-последовательности.
Claims (1)
- Настоящее изобретение относится к трансгенным растениям, проявляющим резистентность к многим вирусам с использованием пути метаболизма 2,5Аолигоаденилата. В частности, указанные трансгенные растения содержат генетически сконструированную ДНК-последовательность, кодирующую по крайней мере один полипептид, имеющий активность 2,5А-синтетазы. Кроме того, данное изобретение относится к способу получения указанных трансгенных растений и к использованию указанной генетически сконструированной ДНК-последовательности.
