Abstract

FIELD: agriculture; manure disposal. SUBSTANCE: plant has pallets 3, a transporting device, measured loading device 26, device 27 for measured application of fly eggs or maggots, product unloading device 23, a pallet-return device, and a system controlling parameters of the environment for maggots. The transporting device is provided with tier-arranged pan-shaped trays 1 filled with water of a prescribed temperature in the process of operation. Pallets 3 with manure float on the water surface. Air channel 6 is provided between the pallets and the bottom above the tray in each tier. A flow of air in the air channel is created by an exhaust fan. In trays 1 there are devices for horizontal movement of the pallets. The devices are nozzles 4 provided with devices 20 that stop the movement. Each couple of trays 1 is provided with a hydraulic lift for vertical movement of the pallets from one tray into the other tray positioned above the first tray. The system controlling the environment for the maggots is provided with sensors reading temperatures of water in trays 1 and air in channels 6 between trays 1. Water concurrently serving the transport system and heat carrier functions and the flow of air in channels 6 create optimal conditions for the process of treatment of manure or droppings. As the treatment product (biohumus and biomass of maggots) is unloaded by device 23, the pallet-return device carries the pallets back to the loading position. Device 26 loads the pallets, and water is delivered by a water feed device provided with controllable valves. EFFECT: higher efficiency; higher treatment quality. 5 cl, 3 dwg

The invention relates to a technology for processing litter and manure of invertebrate animals, for example, larvae of synanthropic flies. The installation includes pallets for litter 3, a transport device, a dosed loading device for litter 26, a metering device for introducing eggs or larvae of flies 27, a device for unloading processed products 23 and returning pallets, and a system for controlling the parameters of the habitat of larvae. The transport device consists of tier-shaped trays 1 arranged in tiers, filled with water 2 of a predetermined temperature during operation. Pallets with litter 3 float on the water. Between the pallets and the bottom above the located tray in each tier there is an air channel 6, in which an air stream is generated from exhaust ventilation. Trays 1 contain devices for the horizontal movement of pallets in the form of nozzles 4 and devices for stopping them 20. Each pair of trays 1 is equipped with a hydraulic lift for vertical movement of pallets from the tray to the higher located tray. The control system for the parameters of the habitat of the larvae contains water temperature sensors in the trays 1 and air in the channels 6 between the trays 1. Water 2 serves as a transport system and a coolant at the same time. Water 2 together with the air flow in channel 6 creates the optimal parameters of the technological process of processing litter or manure. Unloading of processed products (biofore and biomass of larvae) is carried out by device 23, after which the pallet return device moves them to the loading position with droppings from dosing device 26. Water is supplied to actuators using controlled valves.
