Abstract
Предлагается система охлаждения пищевых продуктов 1, в частности, в самолете, которые находятся в известных контейнерах 8, а контейнеры 8 занимают в самолете определенные места 7, преимущественно по меньшей мере в бортовой кухне. Причем почти к каждому месту установки 7 контейнера 8 подсоединен теплообменник 9, а по трубопроводам для теплоносителя, расположенным главным образом в стенках контейнера 8, проходит вторичный циркуляционный контур, который принимает от теплообменника 9 энергию охлаждения и вновь отдает ее контейнеру, при этом теплообменник 9 связан с холодильным агрегатом 4, кроме того, теплообменник 9 и по меньшей мере одна сторона контейнера 8 снабжены контактирующими поверхностями 10, 14', соприкасающимися друг с другом для обеспечения теплопроводности. Благодаря изобретению достигается значительно повышенный КПД цикла, причем сокращаются утечки и неплотности внутри системы.
Claims (1)
- Предлагается система охлаждения пищевых продуктов 1, в частности, в самолете, которые находятся в известных контейнерах 8, а контейнеры 8 занимают в самолете определенные места 7, преимущественно по меньшей мере в бортовой кухне. Причем почти к каждому месту установки 7 контейнера 8 подсоединен теплообменник 9, а по трубопроводам для теплоносителя, расположенным главным образом в стенках контейнера 8, проходит вторичный циркуляционный контур, который принимает от теплообменника 9 энергию охлаждения и вновь отдает ее контейнеру, при этом теплообменник 9 связан с холодильным агрегатом 4, кроме того, теплообменник 9 и по меньшей мере одна сторона контейнера 8 снабжены контактирующими поверхностями 10, 14', соприкасающимися друг с другом для обеспечения теплопроводности. Благодаря изобретению достигается значительно повышенный КПД цикла, причем сокращаются утечки и неплотности внутри системы.
