Abstract

Электрооптическое устройство для визуального представления информации содержит перестраиваемую ячейку устройства отображения с двойным лучепреломлением, имеющую множество элементов отображения и являющуюся управляемым элементом активного матричного устройства отображения. Управляемый элемент работает в отраженном свете. Электромагнитная энергия проходит через ячейку много раз. Для переключения отдельного элемента отображения в состояние открыто/закрыто требуется ненулевое возбуждающее напряжение. На основе данного устройства выполнен активный матричный дисплей на жидких кристаллах.

Claims (1)

  1. Электрооптическое устройство для визуального представления информации содержит перестраиваемую ячейку устройства отображения с двойным лучепреломлением, имеющую множество элементов отображения и являющуюся управляемым элементом активного матричного устройства отображения. Управляемый элемент работает в отраженном свете. Электромагнитная энергия проходит через ячейку много раз. Для переключения отдельного элемента отображения в состояние открыто/закрыто требуется ненулевое возбуждающее напряжение. На основе данного устройства выполнен активный матричный дисплей на жидких кристаллах.
