Abstract

FIELD: chimney stacks. SUBSTANCE: multibore chimney stack is made in form of self-bearing cast-in-situ reinforced concrete structure whose body accommodates four gas escape bores 1, elevator shaft 2, open channels 3 for load lifting operations, conical semicircles 4 of external walls of gas escape bores 1 made in form of truncated semicones, block-panels 5 prefabricated from acid-heat-resistant material which are installed over internal perimeter of gas escape bores, elevator shaft 2. Before concreting the chimney stack, each block- panel installed into design position is secured with special anchors to metal reinforcing cage of bores. Vertical seams between panels are filled with acid-resistant mortar through special expanded grooves (Author's Certificate 910992). After installation of block panels of the first belt of gas escape bores and elevator shaft, chimney stack is concreted as a whole. In this case, rear wall of block-panels is concreted over the entire surface of high reinforced concrete bores of chimney stack. In so doing, high quality of protective lining wall is attained that excludes full failure of chimney stack in service and its service life reaches 100 years and above without major repair of lining. Labor input is reduced, both, during construction and maintenance of the chimney stack which is operated without employment of attending personnel inside the chimney stack. The offered structure of chimney stack has high economic efficiency and great advantage over the analogs and prototype EGG borough (England). New design of chimney stack fully excludes from the construction the bearing reinforced concrete column of the chimney stack (shell) that results in saving of 1622 cu. m of cast-in- situ reinforced concrete, 2000 t of high-grade steel 20XMNDP8, 902 t of common grade steel. Chimney stack estimate is reduced by 1773 thou, roubles, as have been shown by the preliminarily calculation (prices of 1980). Предлагаемая многоствольная дымовая труба выполнена в виде самонесущей монолитной железобетонной конструкции, в теле которой устроено четыре газоотводящих ствола 1, шахта лифта 2, открытые каналы 3 для грузоподъемных работ, конические полуокружности наружных стенок газоотводящих стволов 1, выполненные в виде усеченных полуконусов, блок-панели 5, изготовленные из кислотожаростойкого материала в заводских условиях, которые устанавливают по внутреннему периметру газоотводящих стволов 1, шахты лифта 2. До начала бетонирования трубы каждая блок-панель, установленная в проектное положение, прикрепляется специальными анкерами к металлическому каркасу стволов. Вертикальные швы между панелями заполняются кислотостойким раствором через специальные уширенные пазы. После установки блок-панелей первого пояса газоотводящих стволов и шахты лифта приступают к бетонированию трубы в целом, при этом задняя стенка блок-панелей омоноличивается по всей поверхности высоких железобетонных стволов, тем самым обеспечивается целостность и неделимость всех конструктивных элементов трубы, при этом достигается высокое качество защитной футеровочной стенки, что исключает полную аварийность трубы в работе и увеличивает срок эксплуатации до 100 лет и более без капитального ремонта футеровки. Резко снижается трудоемкость работ как при строительстве, так и при эксплуатации трубы, которая работает без обслуживающего персонала внутри трубы. Новая конструкция трубы полностью исключает из строительства несущий железобетонный ствол трубы (оболочку), тем самым экономится: монолитный железобетон, высококачественная сталь марки 20ХМНДП8, обычная сталь марки 3,5. Снижается сметная стоимость трубы на 1 млн.773 тыс.рублей. Приведенные расчеты подтверждают, что многоствольная дымовая труба повышает надежность ее в эксплуатации, снижает металлоемкость и сокращает сроки строительных работ.

The vertical joints between the panels are filled with an acid-resistant solution through special widened grooves. After installing the block panels of the first belt of the exhaust pipes and the elevator shaft, they begin concreting the pipe as a whole, while the back wall of the block panels is monolithic over the entire surface of high reinforced concrete shafts, thereby ensuring the integrity and indivisibility of all structural elements of the pipe, while achieving high quality protective lining wall, which eliminates the complete failure of the pipe in operation and increases the life of up to 100 years or more without major repairs of the lining. The complexity of the work both during construction and during operation of the pipe, which works without maintenance personnel inside the pipe, is sharply reduced. The new design of the pipe completely excludes the reinforced concrete pipe trunk (shell) from construction, thereby saving: monolithic reinforced concrete, high-quality steel grade 20KHMNDP8, ordinary steel grade 3.5. The estimated cost of the pipe is reduced by 1 million.773 thousand rubles. The above calculations confirm that a multi-barrel chimney increases its reliability in operation, reduces metal consumption and shortens the time of construction work.
