Мзобретение относится к совместному получению средних дистиллатов и базовых масле (коэффициент вязкости 95 - 150), например, из вакуумных дистиллатов и/или деасфальтизованных масел. Способ включает первую стадию, при которой загрузку контактируют с аморфным катализатором, содержащим по крайней мере один металл или соединение металлов, обладающих гидродегидрирующей функцией, таких, как Ni, Мо, W, Со, при 350 - 430° С, 5 -20 МПа, пространственной скорости 0,1 - 5,0 чи в присутствии водорода при объемном отношении Н/НС = 150 - 2000, продукт, выводимый из первой стадии, контактируют во второй стадии с вторым катализатором, содержащим носитель, цеолит Y, по крайней мере один элемент группы VIB и по крайней мере один металл группы YIII, при 350 - 430°С, 5 - 20 МПа и пространственной скорости между 0,1 - 5 ч.

Claims (1)

  1. Мзобретение относится к совместному получению средних дистиллатов и базовых масле (коэффициент вязкости 95 - 150), например, из вакуумных дистиллатов и/или деасфальтизованных масел. Способ включает первую стадию, при которой загрузку контактируют с аморфным катализатором, содержащим по крайней мере один металл или соединение металлов, обладающих гидродегидрирующей функцией, таких, как Ni, Мо, W, Со, при 350 - 430° С, 5 -20 МПа, пространственной скорости 0,1 - 5,0 ч-1 и в присутствии водорода при объемном отношении Н2/НС = 150 - 2000, продукт, выводимый из первой стадии, контактируют во второй стадии с вторым катализатором, содержащим носитель, цеолит Y, по крайней мере один элемент группы VIB и по крайней мере один металл группы YIII, при 350 - 430°С, 5 - 20 МПа и пространственной скорости между 0,1 - 5 ч-1.
