FIELD: railway transport; freight car brake systems. SUBSTANCE: mechanical part of freight car brake has brake cylinders rigidly coupled with freight car structure. Novelty in design of mechanical part is that middle portion of head bell crank is hinge-coupled with rod whose opposite end is hinge-connected with bracket rigidly coupled with car structure, and driven arm of head bell crank is either directly connected with middle portion of bell crank connected through brake rigging regulator and rod connected with regulator; one end of bell crank is hinge-coupled with bracket rigidly secured on frame or car body. Opposite end of rear bell crank is connected by rod with bell crank of bogie brake rigging. Automatic brake rigging regulator can be loaded either in brake cylinder, or in one of rods coupling the bell cranks. Middle portion of head bell crank has joint connected with bracket hinge-coupled with car structure. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of brake system in service.

Механическая часть тормоза грузового вагона содержит тормозные цилиндры, жестко связанные с конструкцией грузового вагона. Новым здесь является то, что средняя часть головного двуплечего рычага шарнирно связана с тягой, противоположный конец которой шарнирно соединен с кронштейном, жестко связанным с конструкцией вагона, а ведомое плечо головного двуплечего рычага посредством авторегулятора тормозной рычажной передачи и связанной с ним тяги или напрямую соединен со средней частью двуплечего рычага, один конец которого шарнирно связан с кронштейном, жестко закрепленным на раме или кузове вагона, а противоположный конец тылового двуплечего рычага посредством тяги соединен с двуплечим рычагом тормозной рычажной передачи тележки, причем авторегулятор тормозной рычажной передачи может быть размещен в тормозном цилиндре или в одной из тяг, связывающей двуплечие рычаги. Новым также является то, что средняя часть головного двуплечего рычага снабжена шарниром, связанным с кронштейном, жестко соединенным с конструкцией вагона.The invention relates to railway transport, more specifically to brake equipment of freight cars.
