Abstract
FIELD: fine-dispersion wastes of coal mining industry processing into noble fuel for household and industrial usage using briquette method with binding additions. SUBSTANCE: fuel briquets production method provides for using charge of coal pulp of fraction 0 - 0.5 mm, coal waste of fraction 0 - 6 mm. Charge is taken with humidity of 8 - 14 % and dry lignosulfonate is added. Produced mixture is briquetted with following briquets drying under temperature of 160 - 200 C for 1.5 - 1.0 hour. Components are taken in following ratio, mass %: coal pulp 50 - 90, coal waste 46 -5, lingosulfonate 4 - 5. Method allows using simplified and low-cost processing to produce from carbon material fuel briquets with higher consumption properties and ecological parameters. EFFECT: simplified, low-cost, ecologically safe carbon briquets production process.
