Abstract

Иммунологическая активность определенных биоактивных веществ определяется обработкой культуры лейкоцитов периферической крови человека (РВL) или суспензии резидентных перитониальных клеток (RРС) мыши типа ВАLВ/с раствором тестируемого вещества для того, чтобы индуцировать продукцию цитокинов, которые определяются по стандартным способам идентификации, улучшение результатов может быть достигнуто при добавлении к тестируемому раствору нестероидного противовоспалительного лекарственного препарата, преимущественно индометацина. Способ также применим для определения иммунологической реакции индивидуумов человека на терапию с использованием веществ, индуцирующих цитокины.

Claims (1)

  1. Иммунологическая активность определенных биоактивных веществ определяется обработкой культуры лейкоцитов периферической крови человека (РВL) или суспензии резидентных перитониальных клеток (RРС) мыши типа ВАLВ/с раствором тестируемого вещества для того, чтобы индуцировать продукцию цитокинов, которые определяются по стандартным способам идентификации, улучшение результатов может быть достигнуто при добавлении к тестируемому раствору нестероидного противовоспалительного лекарственного препарата, преимущественно индометацина. Способ также применим для определения иммунологической реакции индивидуумов человека на терапию с использованием веществ, индуцирующих цитокины.
